A combined AuDHD assessment is £2,995 and includes a full autism and ADHD diagnostic process completed by two specialist clinicians, in line with NICE guidance.
As with our individual assessments, this covers a detailed developmental history, a collaborative discussion exploring your lived experience, validated assessment tools, multi-disciplinary decision-making, and a comprehensive written confirmation report with tailored recommendations. Autism and ADHD identification
Clinicians
Our assessments include a minimum of two clinicians from two different clinical backgrounds. This meets the NICE guidelines for a ‘gold standard’ autism assessment. Although autism can be identified by a single Clinical Psychologist, using a single clinician is not best practice and we therefore use two to three clinicians for your assessment.
Training and experience
Our clinicians invest a lot of time and money to become qualified to be registered. This is usually a minimum of fours years. The additional training costs to become specialists in neurodevelopmental assessment are very high, for example, the cost of ADOS-2 training is around £2000 for a single clinician.
Maintaining registration and running a business
In addition to the above costs, we also pay:
We love what we do, but undertaking an autism or ADHD assessment comprehensively and thoroughly is (rightly) both time and labour intensive work, which requires a high level of skill and training to undertake competently. We try to keep the cost as affordable as possible and offer payment plans for our clients to help spread the cost. We hope that this explains the high cost, but please get in touch if you have any questions regarding our price structure.
Yes. We offer payment plans with our partner, GoCardless. More information can be found here.
